Chart your cycle & plan your everyday life (in sync with your 4 phases) all in one place! It combines your everyday planner, cycle charting app, and cycle syncing guide all into one. Syncing with your cycle has never been easier.

When you open your planner to make an appointment, plan a project for work, or schedule a date night, you'll see the day of the month and what day of your cycle you'll be on so you can anticipate how you'll be feeling. It's easier than ever to take advantage of your high-energy phases and not overwhelm your slower days.

On top of monthly and weekly planning, the cycle charting pages are coupled with goal-setting so you can outline details of a project or set new goals, then plan out what phase each would best fall into.

The goal of "cycle syncing" isn't to follow some structured protocol but to help you connect with YOUR unique cycle. However, it can help to have an outline, especially if you're still learning how your cycle works, which is why there's a detailed (yet simple) cycle guide outlining what's happening in each phase, how you'll likely feel, and what activities may be easier to do. It's the guide I wish I had when starting to figure all of this out.

In short, this makes cycle syncing truly feel like second nature, rather than just one more thing to keep track of. It's cycle syncing made simple for the everyday woman.

  • ... if I'm new to learning about my cycle?

YES! This was designed (and tested) with you in mind. The simple yet all-encompasing guide shows you what to expect in each phase with your hormones, temperature, mental focus, etc. This is a great tool to boost your body literacy as you learn your cycle and gain confidence in it.

... if I'm on birth control?

If you're on a form of birth control that suppresses ovulation, this will not work for you since you don't have a cycle. Your hormones don't fluctuate & you don't go through any "phases."

... if my cycle is irregular?

The cycle tracking pages are up to 36 days long. If you track ovulation (which is key with irregular cycles), this can help you notice patterns in your cycle and hopefully help you better understand your body as you heal. After your period, you're in your follicular phase until you ovulate.

If you need a jump start to healing your cycle, check out my nutrition guide.

... if I'm pregnant or breastfeeing?

During pregnancy, your cycle goes on pause since you're not ovulating (you're already growing a baby!). Postpartum, you may get your cycle back within the first several weeks or it may take over a year. So it really comes down to whether you've started ovulating again or not. However, if you're using FAM to avoid pregnancy, tracking your fertility signs can help you predict when your cycle will be returning.
