About Caroline

I'm all to familiar with feeling at war with your body, desperate for answers and willing to do almost anything to fix it.

Looking back, I see just how much I was completely out of tune with my body, especially my cycle. At 15, I was given birth control after throwing up and nearly passing out at school from period pain (a usual thing at that point). In the following months, I developed other chronic conditions and relied on a great deal of ibuprofen to get through the day. What I didn't realize is how numbing my symptoms to "function" was the root of my problems. I began to see how seeing my symptoms as the enemy rather than an invitation was keeping me stuck in a spiral of pain and discontent.

Shortly after getting married in 2021, I took the jump to go off birth control for good. As I took responsibility for stewarding my body well and made simple, conscious changes in my nutrition, lifestyle, and relationships, I not only had my first easy, pain-free period, but I had more energy, confidence, and clarity in my life than I ever dreamed possible.

flourish

"to grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a particularly favorable environment." (v.)

Vibrant health & easy cycles don't happen by chance- and neither do difficult periods & dis-ease. In our modern world, we have gotten stuck at pruning symptoms without digging into the root of why there's dysfunction to begin with. We blindly take supplements and even try "holistic" quick-fixes without first reflecting on our own lives, needs, and the unique cues our bodies are communicating to us. If you want a life full of energy, resiliency, and joy, you must first focus on your environment and reconnect with the way we were designed to thrive.

&

flow

There are multiple definitions for "flow." It serves as a reminder of the feminine- always flowing and filling the space we're in, yet powerful enough to muster tsunamis. It's a common name for your period. Like the tide responds to the pull of the moon, we, too, rise and fall throughout our cycles.

If you've ever gone swimming in a river or ocean, you know just how powerful a current can be and how futile it is to swim against it. When we learn to go with the natural eb & flow of our cycles, we find a natural ease with life where vitality, abundance, and the ability to create  just flow.
